For the tenth year in a row, Diversity Challenge offers university graduates and young professionals with multicultural experiences a Nordic internship at some of the most interesting companies in Sweden. Amongst others Alfa Laval, TeliaSonera, TDC, Vattenfall, and Lantmännen.

    Description:

    Diversity Challenge Program is set up to give partner companies as well as candidates with high qualifications and a multicultural background the opportunity to gain valuable experience from each other.
    Network meetings, case events, university activities and internships makes it possible to interact and come closer to the culture of companies and candidates. We offer partner companies organizational and cultural diversity management education and membership of a diversity network with monthly arranged seminars. Candidates who participate have the chance to personally develop through case and interviews.
    Participating companies identify positions for internship, projects or permanent positions and the internal organization to participate in an optimal way for the year of the program.
    Do you want to gain important work experiences and invaluable networking opportunities? Diversity Challenge gives you the opportunity to get an internship for up to six months, with a market based salary, at some of the leading companies in the Nordic countries. If you are in the end of your studies or have been working a few years, if you have multicultural experience and speak at least English and a second language fluently, you might have the right profile for one or several internships. The internships this year are offered within a range of areas, for example
